Our Services
Upon emailing, IHC will respond with basic information prior to your first appointment. All sessions are secure and confidential using a HIPAA-compliant platform, and a link will be sent via email.
Sessions are conducted one-on-one and last 50 minutes. Although IHC holds licensure as a therapist, these sessions are provided as coaching services and do not constitute psychotherapy.
Please allow 24 hours for a response. Payment is made via Venmo, PayPal, or Cash App.
